Dave and Jessica

February 2nd, 2012

Dave and Jessica made magic happen, they are both so in love and so very happy. Its taken me awhile to post this beautiful wedding so here it is. Jess chose to get ready at her Mum and Dads in Mundaring amongst the trees as they made a gorgeous back drop for Jessica’s photos. Her Dad who was so proud of his daughter spend many hours in the day rebuilding this beautiful antique  1929 Buick and what an amazing transformation it was, breathtaking and spectacular.

Jess arrived at Brookleigh Estate in the Swan Valley with her Dad in the Buick, this was a very very proud moment with her dad waving like royalty to the guests. Dave was watching as his bride to be would soon be walking toward him, he had a smile a mile long. The day had rain then it stopped ten minutes before the Bride arrived and the sun was out for the rest of the day. After the ceremony we had family photos, friends photos, fun and fabulous photos and of we went to capture the bridal party and of course the lovely couple Dave and Jess.

We were of for a couple of hours making the most of these gorgeous grounds and then for a drive in the valley to find some more magic locations just so the couple can have some quality time to reflect on they day and time alone. We then went back to the reception where Dave and Jess celebrated the rest of the evening with family and friends.

Thankyou Dave and Jess you are an amazing couple and I really appreciated being apart of your day and to capture all those special moments

Sean & Rebecca

November 22nd, 2011

Rebecca and Sean new right from their preparations for their day it was all about them simple, elegant and attention to detail. It is one of my favourite weddings by far, the entire day was a flow of soft energy and a delight to be apart of, Rebecca left it all in my hands to capture the day as it unfolds, the moments and the moments in between.

Rebecca’s dress was perfect, and so was the bridesmaid from Ruth Tarvydas designer gown selections the colour the fit was exquisite. The flowers were very special to Rebecca as they are her favouite frangipanis, they were displayed all over the reception. The beautiful contrast of the yellow and the white gave it a dreamy affect to add tea candles and soft lighting created a warm soft atmosphere for every one to enjoy.

They celebrated their ceremony at St michael Arch Angel and reception at their home in Wembly, there was plenty to celebrate with family and friends with champagne and lots of laughter.

Thankyou to you both for trusting in me to capture this incredibly beautiful day, your day.

Sean & Melissa

February 28th, 2011

I first met Melissa a year ago, from her energy and personality I new their wedding day was going to be fun and relaxed. Melissa was very excited to tell me about the dress she had chosen, layers of material strapless and beautiful, it had a Spanish look. They told me about their love for red mustangs, and yes their was one at the wedding accompanied by a white stretch limo.

The girls were dressed in yellow elegant dresses, they helped Melissa all through her day as bridesmaids should. Sean arrived with the boys to the church quite early, this was a great opportunity to take some great shots around the grounds. The bride and girls arrived on time, they made the long walk to the beautiful Guildford Grammar Church where Sean was waiting along side his groomsman. After the ceremony their was celebrations all round, we made the most of the beautiful gardens at Guildford with many wonderful photos of Melissa and Sean. The shots of the day was just being in the Red Mustang their favourite car they really did sit back and enjoy the ride to their reception, which was held at Greenmount hill they celebrated the rest of the night with family and friends. It was a pleasure Sean and Melissa to be apart of one of the most important days of your lifes, your wedding day.

Stephen & Janine

February 25th, 2011

Stephen and Janine booked me from the UK to photograph their wedding at Sittellas Winery out in the Swan Valley, I absolutely love the Swan Valley my favourite place and its close to my home. The day was a scorcher, the wedding ceremony took place in the Gazebo at midday, followed by celebrations and lots of special moments between Stephen and Janine.

I met them both for the first time one hour prior to their ceremony, and could see how nervous they both were and feeling the heat of the Australian sun. I insisted they drink plenty of water which helped them with the dry heat they both are not used to. Janine arrived in a traditional English mini, was so cute, she walked through Sittellas and down the stairs and to the gazebo. Stephen waited 6 years for this moment and was all smiles when he spotted Janine walking toward him a vision of beauty in her strapless Ivory dress.

The Reception was held at Sittellas Winery, followed by a honeymoon in Broome and Sydney, they plan to spend a month travelling before returning to the UK where they will celebrate with a slide show of their wedding day for all family and friends to see.  I really do love midweek weddings and especially in the Swam Valley, Stephen and Janine had a fabulous day with lots of laughter and moments, it was a pleasure to share this day and be apart of something so special.

November 12th, 2010

Congratulations Kevin and Joanna, a beautiful simple wedding I really enjoyed everything about this day. Kevin was captivated when Joanna walked toward him, a vision of beauty and elegance. With smiles all round they were surrounded by a small gathering of friends.

I was approached by the couple who asked me to join them for further celebrations, dinner and drinks I was very touched by this offer, but with a big day the next day I had to head on home. I received an email the following day to say again thank you for the professional job I did and they would like to book me for further family photos. I love my job, and even more so with wonderful clients with much appreciation.

Thank You Kevin and Joanna you made my day fun and easy x

Beautiful Sisters

November 1st, 2010

We had so much fun with our photo’s, running playing, eating and spending time with mum & dad. Adorable sisters who for the first time experienced having their photo’s being taken, at first they weren’t  to sure of what was going to happen until the camera appeared, it took awhile to warm to the idea of having some fun photos.

The outcome to this session was beautiful, the family had fun the girls had fun and mum and dad had time to have a few little pics of their own, it was magical.
